Saint Joseph Notre Dame Students Participate in Hunger Retreat

Saint Joseph Notre Dame shared the following story about the Work of Mercy 13 of their students partook in:

"Thirteen of our students participated in a hunger retreat where they fasted for 24 hours and asked family members to sponsor the meals they gave up so that they could donate to charity. They reflected on why they decided to fast and how many people are hungry in our world today. In keeping with the Year of Mercy, on Saturday morning the students attended Mass and walked to the Cathedral of Christ the Light in order to walk through the Holy Doors."
